The week of March 16, Patrick will be in several locations throughout Washington, presenting training workshops for the Washington Municipal Clerks Association and the Association of Washington Cities Local Government Leadership Forum.

On March 30th, in Savannah, Georgia Patrick will deliver the keynote address “Revolutionizing Government in the 21st Century” at the NPELRA (National Public Employer Labor Relations Association) Annual Conference.

The Arizona Association for Economic Development is holding its Spring Conference in Prescott, and Patrick will serve on a panel discussing the “Cultural Revolution in Arizona.”
